Class preparation process

1. Met the event administrator at the Coney Island Maker Faire, suggested I want to teach a workshop with my item

The initial conversation started at the fair, and I sent my workshop proposal, got assigned to an event host and the available time slot.

2. Sent the budget sheet with Amazon purchase links to each of the materials

I sent the budget sheet based on serving 10 people with necessary materials for the workshop.

3. Got approved, workshop posted on Eventbrite, got sold out in 2 weeks

I set the maximum number of attendees to 10 people, and it got sold out even before NYC Resistor promoted it on their social media.
